Demo Assholes

I’m a cashier at a grocery store, which is a goldmine for shopping lists. Here’s a pretty sweet one I rescued. I wonder how Babbles is coping with those Demo assholes!

Love U Babe

I was working and was about to clean up the store when I saw this on the ground.

Love and Crackers

I found this note folded on the ground in the lot we were staying at. I couldn’t resist reading it. It seems like such an innocent note full of love and then just a hint of racism in the P.S.

A Love Supreme

Found in an empty shopping cart in a large grocery store parking lot. Note the charming puffy clothes, and …. is that a tree or nuclear cloud in the distance?

Pots of Love

On the front it reads “MOM” with a heart. There is a family fridge somewhere missing this gem. My favorite part is the pictures of hearts and pots at the bottom. Ten pots is a lotta love!

If I Weren’t His Son

This was left in class one day as I was getting ready to go. I student-teach at the middle school for 5th and 6th graders. I’m glad to know that even in the Bible Belt South love of any gender can exist. I’m going to keep it.

Please Don’t Hate Me

Found this in puddle beside my car in the parking lot at East Tennessee State University while leaving campus on a rainy afternoon in October.

Special Dad

I don’t remember where I found this, most likely at a garage sale or thrift store.

Dearest 01

I was away for the summer while my roommates stayed in the apartment because they were taking summer classes and/or were working. Apparently this love letter was typed up, sealed in an envelope, and left at my room’s outside door. Now, I am 99.999% sure it wasn’t intended for me. Besides that, there was a … Continued
