On the way to the movies, I spotted this sign on the side of the road. I had to come back a second time in order to pick it up. It wasn’t until then did I see that its lovely little message was sprawled on a Frank Sinatra album. Hope he got the rent.
What Makes Me Smile
I found this today on the floor of my bank. I saw it while standing in the deposit line and laughed to myself as I read it. As I left the bank, I couldn’t help but pick it up. It was so cheery. I know what makes me smile, too.

Today, Valentine’s Day 2008, as I was walking down the chip aisle of a downtown Target store, I saw this peeking out from behind a bag of Doritos. There is an actual quarter taped to the envelope!

Found the list in my apartment’s parking lot. I’m not sure exactly what this is. An inventory of stolen/missing items, I guess? I really like the mix of personal, artwork, and random items included. And that while the sewing machine is underlined twice, the methadone is not.
