I work at a downtown public library and found a series of notes written on small sheets of scrap paper that we use to jot down titles, call numbers, etc. It took me a few minutes to put the cards in order, and was thrilled when I discovered I had all the pieces.

I found this piece of paper crumpled in a ball near some dumpster on my way to work.

Found soaked in the runoff of a snowbank in my doctor’s office parking lot early one morning — this sticky-noted assertion pasted to a piece of blue lined paper. (Blue, it’s useful to note, is the color of like like. And anyone with experience will tell you that like like = love.)
