Granny Crush
At my place of business, we have an enter-to-win ballot box that I clean out once a week. This was written on the back of one of the entry forms. Don’t do it, Granny. He’s just trying to get in your will.

I found this near Main Street by the lookout point with some Mariah Carey stickers. I kept the stickers, too.
After dragging my Christmas tree curbside, I found this soggy note next to my mailbox.
I bought Nicholas Sparks’ A Walk to Remember at my local library’s bookstore. A beautiful but tragic love story. Inside I found a real love letter written on the first page. After reading it I couldn’t help but wonder what happened to them and why anyone would misplace such a beautiful letter.
Found this in a puddle in a park. There was a 1st page to it but sadly it was indecipherable from all the rain. I kept it because, hey, my name’s Emily, too!
Oh the angst of a pre-teen.
Found in the back of a Harry Potter book in the high school library. Too bad they didn’t check a box at the bottom, I’d really have liked for them to have quantified the coolness.
I found this photo while on a date with my boyfriend– it was on a bench outside of a bookstore. He broke up with me later that night. I hope their love lasts longer than ours.
This note totally made my day. The nicknames they gave each other are absolutely hilarious: Soy Sauce, BLT, and Ranch.
This card was found in a book. Looks like the draft of an unrequited love letter.
