A Thoughtful Farewell

I found this on the street on my way to pick up my daughter from school. There are a couple of pre-teen girls in my neighborhood and I guess one of them wrote this. I had no idea there was such drama going on– fights, cake fights, hatred of Bri, and poor grandma.

My friend and I had just finished a swim meet and we were about ready to get into her car and drive home. We saw a friend in the park and walked over to chat. As we were talking and roaming I looked down and saw a folded up piece of paper.

Sorry about the Drama

I had found this while taking a break from judging at a Speech and Debate tournament. It was sitting on the grass just outside of some portable classrooms. It’s slightly sad, and reminded me of my early relationship with my fiance. I can only hope that all goes well with this couple.
