No idea what a Levatoranz or a Bulbospongiosus are, but it does seem that “J” really loves Matthew. This was found in a book outside at The Strand bookstore in New York City in the $1 books section.

Found this next to a gas pump a few days after Christmas. Did he lose the list before he finished his shopping? Did he remember those nose pills and the lip stuff? The note is written on a Post-It that says “Betapace AF” on it. That’s a drug to treat heart arrhythmias.

This is a list found in a Meijers (to non-Michiganders it’s a pre-Wal-Mart 24 hr fix-your-car-and-a-dinner retail powerhouse) parking lot on Black Friday.
