Gloria’s Beautiful Family

I found this photo at a bus stop many years ago (about 3 or 4 years). I can’t remember which side of town I was at when I found this picture. I’ve always wondered about this family! On the back, it has written :To my brother Mike Mendiola from your sister Gloria (last name not legible). And she also listed her children’s names: Edward, Emmanuel, Joey, Virginia and dated 7-21-99
I’m DYING to know who these people are! I just need some closure.
