Wallet

Found a wallet Friday night as I was riding my bike home from work. It looked picked over and I almost didn’t stop. It’s the black velcro kind with a picture of a deer on the front. There was no ID inside, only $1, a wad of newspaper ads for tractors and a handful of … Continued

Grimace

I found this in the hallway of my high school on my way home a few days ago.

Satans Daughter

I found this in Tappan Square, the central park of Oberlin, folded up and perched on a snowdrift. At first it was hard to tell if this was a parody, with all the teenage angsty cliches. Though the suicide threats are a bit scary, they are overwhelmed by the absurd satanic claims.

Poor Ron

My friend and I found this in our student union at Bowling Green State University. It was written on the back of an advertisement for a free spaghetti dinner at the local Catholic Church. We thought it was pretty ironic that Ron would try to get money out of college kids. I hope he at … Continued

I Love Nutz & Butz

Some co-workers found this in the middle of a legal pad at work, but I’m the only one who thought it was worth saving. It cracks me up every time I read it.
