I found this sitting on top of a bush while I was walking my dog. I thought it would be something that would make me laugh, but I ended up feeling pretty inspired.

A Thoughtful Farewell

I found this on the street on my way to pick up my daughter from school. There are a couple of pre-teen girls in my neighborhood and I guess one of them wrote this. I had no idea there was such drama going on– fights, cake fights, hatred of Bri, and poor grandma.

Best Days Give You Memories

I found this in the parking lot at work, crumpled up against the exit door, stuck there by the wind. It seems that this person was attempting to better themselves – I hope, maybe, by sharing it here it can be advice to other people who need to hear it.

The author of this New Year’s Day reflection looks to be a very lonely and dramatic 18-year old. I’ve got a feeling he’d make a really good boyfriend if she’d ever give him a chance. New Year’s get better once you’re old enough to drink.

A Beautiful Butterfly

Found this crumpled up into a tight little ball, on the street in the fairly downtrodden Tenderloin District. Kinda sad that such a heartfelt message of hope got discarded with such intention.
