When you live in a neighborhood that is always under construction, you find that people will use the construction dumpsters for their own stuff. I found this in a box of photos along with all sorts of personal stuff. Most of it looks as if it was dumped after cleaning out the attic.

Found this next to a gas pump a few days after Christmas. Did he lose the list before he finished his shopping? Did he remember those nose pills and the lip stuff? The note is written on a Post-It that says “Betapace AF” on it. That’s a drug to treat heart arrhythmias.

I found this in a book (a bookmark?) while I was looking through an old library collection at an estate sale. 1954 is typed on the back, that’s it. It seems so lonely, like no one else exists in this world, but someone is taking the picture. It seems sad that the plane is tipped up on an edge like its crashed. Also the expressionless monkey mask creeps me out.
