Paris, September 1940

Found by Andrea Connor in New York City, New York

I was seated at a table in a restaurant and I felt something under my shoe; as I reached down, I could already see the faces of the women in this photo. Upon closer inspection I was most surprised by the gestures of the women. It seems that they are mocking Hitler. The lower left corner offers some information. It reads, “Sept. 1940 Paris Prints.”
