Alterations in Fluid Volume

I found this while walking my dog near some of the many drinking establishments on Milwaukee’s east side. (Everything is found while walking your dog.) It s written on the back of a 3 x 5 card. My first reaction was that this would make a great band name or album title. Then I thought about the possibilities… Could these’ve been doctor’s orders? Instructions for an automobile repair? A helpful flashcard for a recovering alcoholic? Or was it a message to my dog as he urinated on a nearby parking meter?
