Found in a grassy patch outside of an apartment complex, this may have been affixed to a used television that was being given away. The giver may have been learning English, but wanted to assure passersby that the set does still function. Or, as it seemed to me, someone was making a compelling comment regarding the paradox that is Being Free and Maintaining that Freedom. No one is going to hand it to you. I keep it over my desk.
