This letter blew into my yard this past weekend at some point. Looks to be the first page of a handwritten letter written in 1983 by a woman to a man with whom she is perhaps in an intimate relationship. He also seems to be providing her with some financial support (as she looks to have been in school at the time) and desires to buy a ring for her (though she is resistant).
