I hate hamsters, I used to own two, Jack and Jill. One day Jack decided that his mate, Jill, looked more tastier than the every-day supply of pellets so when I got home that night there was Jack and beside him, Jill's bones. I have yet to determine whether there was gravy involved.…  more»

I think every neighborhood has atleast one "weird kid". Growing up, we used to have this weird six-year-old boy who lived across the street from us. He would stare for hours at me and my brother as we played in our yard with the other neighborhood kids (his mom would not let him go over to our house; much less, cross the street).…  more»

If this were a movie the recipient of that note would most likely die in the next scene. Good think this isn't a movie!

I definitely get a "drama-mama" vibe from this.  more»

Flargy said "What are they supposed to do, go home in the middle of the day and take a shower, just to please your senses while they cash their paychecks?"

They're getting off at 2pm during the day anywayz and I know that because they tell me and make a big deal out of it; plus, we're open till 6pm and all of them know that! So the answer is YES...for…  more»

I used to work as a teller for a bank that resided in a large-growing subdivision in the south (considering it was located in between two lakes). I do not miss that work at all especially the fridays...the massive lines of unbathed construction workers waiting to cash their checks, the older tobacco-spitting gentlemen with decaying gums, the guy who ate to many onions for lunch so much so that he sweats it from his pores, and the really sad part was that I was stuck in this small cubicle with no where to face except forward.…  more»

Actually, it looks like they just finished a reenactment at the Mansion. I used to be in Rev-War reenactments and one weekend out of the year they would gather everyone together in Williamsburg to do a large-scale reenactment at the Governor's mansion.

I don't necessarily have a problem with illegal immigration in the US...I mean, there is always an employer who is willing to "pay under the table" so illegal immigration is bound to be a problem if these people don't get prosecuted for encouraging it. I only have a few qualms about it...mainly,…  more»
