My first thought was, of course, "inspected by #28" but then I realized that they were men's jeans and that the previous wearer was trying to write his phone number, and was interrupted by his Mom, checking to see that the pants weren't too tight, so he quickly stuffed the note into his pocket, and never had the chance to finish.  more»
