Thanks BB in the HG. Sounds like a pretty interestingly fruity tree, how cool to have such ancestors, my guess is they did what they had to do....my hubby's first american ancestor was sent over to virginia for stealing sheep, as far as I'm concerned I'm glad ol' joe stole that sheep.

I think a hungry, thirsty waitron being run ragged by inn-goers either had to write this demand or hurt patrons to obtain two of life's necessities - coffee & food....sometimes that's what it comes down to--and the kitchen doesn't make it easy for them for to obtain either.
My great, great, great grandfather was the miller at this mill which is on the Humber River in Toronto in the early 1800s. The place kept burning down and they eventurally converted the ruins into the Old Mill Inn. How cool to see this here on Found!

I dug a little deeper into the Pitchers and they were a mere two of SEVENTEEN children!!! it's like that reality show - the duggars! I'm curious where in Up State the desk was found that contained this photo.

I googled "Dean and Dain" and got a hit at a fulton co NY history site...they are Dean and Dain Pitcher, sons of Mr. & Mrs.
