My Sister’s Stage

I found this along with another one in a hallway at my school. I’m not sure if the person who wrote it is just learning English or is just bad at sentence structure.

The Collar

I was waiting for my sister, who was at the DMV. I took a walk down Main Street and on my way back I saw this photograph on the ground. It hadn’t been there 15 minutes earlier. On the back it is dated 1977. It sure looks it, too.

The Two Angels

I found this on the street a few years ago.

Honor System

This was attached to a small box which I assume held the candy. I wonder if the kiddies heeded the notice.

The Disappearing Boy

Found a few years ago in a manila folder labeled “Sgt. Pepper likes to skate” under the bleachers at a college basketball game. Should’ve put the folder up too, was quite interesting and filthy.

I Don’t Get Paid To Sit On Babies

Found this hidden in between several folded pages inside of a textbook in my English class. Seems like an in-class journal entry at first, but then you notice the giant F—. Probably a joke between friends. I’d love to know where this spawned from.

Doritos Will Help

I love this. I found it in the front lobby after school one day. I read it out loud to my friends and we were just entirely perplexed as to which high school student would write this. I especially like the cross-out of “lock” and the two lines through the ‘cent’ symbol.

An Old Mill

I found this photo on a walk one day, probably a couple summers ago. I couldn’t bare to leave it, so I took it and it’s been on the music stand on my keyboard since then. Maybe the plowman wanted to show someone all of the snow?

Arrgh

I found this empty greeting card envelope blowing down the street on trash day. I love the drawing.

Splatter

This was found in the streets – a disturbing note from the crime scene of a homicide.
