Found on a table in the waiting room at Dr. Hacker’s office. Dr. Hacker is a back surgeon. It’s true. This fact has nothing whatsoever to do with the find.
I went out to get the paper this morning and saw this page torn from a sketch book against my fence halfway up my walk. It appears someone can control their brain but not their bladder.
My friend Amy gave this to me a couple of years ago after I introduced her to FOUND Magazine. I think she found it in the back of a used book. Thanks, Amy!

I found this in a book entitled “Violence and the Sacred;” I’m not sure if that makes the note funnier or not. As a dad myself, I think the advice is pretty astute, though.
This was on the inside of a San Antonio yearbook from 1991 of a “weird” girl named Heather (also called Leather twice) with apparently a strange sense of humor.
I found a blank book at the Goodwill, and the first few pages were filled with this stuff. Not sure if they are lines for a sitcom they are writing or if this person knew some pretty witty people.
Is there a remedy for the brokenhearted? If not, then precautions seem to be in order…take note: Measure the depth of the fall by the anxiety level of the ‘fallee.’
