I found this in the elementary school parking lot. I don’t think this note is about this parking lot, but probably related to the apartment complex that is a couple blocks away from the school.

I live next to an elementary school and the kids like to come pet my puppy through the fence. My puppy was in the process of eating this note in my back yard when I got it from her and taped it back together.
