This letter was addressed to someone with the same last name as me- a boy who was writing to his mom- but apparently didn’t know her address (and left no return address). It seems he is in dire need of tic-tacs and useful things.

My husband was taking out the trash and found this note. We are the only ones in our neighbourhood without kids – since we can’t make out the “signature” we have been wracking our brains trying to figure out which kid is mad at his/her mom!
I found a packet of these, all drawn on index cards and clipped together, in the CVS dumpster. I don’t know if Dylan put them there or whether his mom drew them and then had second thoughts about giving them to Dylan. They’re really sweet!

I was checking in books at the library where I work and found this note tucked inside like it was being used as a bookmark. The list by itself is pretty unique, but the note to “Mom” at the end is what makes this special.
