This was inside of a book of cat pictures. Apparently this old lady lost her beloved kitty Koko and was practically inconsolable so her daughter bought her this book. The whole book was full of quotes and poems that she wrote. Poor old cat lady.
I was going through a bunch of old books, one of my favorite hobbies. This picture was tucked inside a Bible totally written in Latin. The first pages were missing so not sure how old; but, look at the detail in dressing up this casket.
Found the details of a funeral on this USO paper after a parade.
I found this while walking my tiny dog. I waited a few days to ensure the viewing window had closed and snagged it. It was slid into one of those plastic sheet protectors for three ring binders and nailed to a telephone pole.
Notice the vintage car, the piles of flowers and the oddly dressed ladies in the background. I think this photo is very surreal.
