I found this classic piece of gossip in a study hall in high school, circa 1974. These girls were in the spring of their senior year, when students are less interested in school and more interested in, say, tanning. Notes like this, by the way, are how people communicated before text messaging, in case you’re wondering.

A co-workers boyfriend found a disposable camera; after getting the film developed he sent the photos to his girlfriend in a care package. She let me keep the negatives.

I found this note while walking my dog. It was torn and wadded up on the edge of the sidewalk. On the flip side it has an answer to the note I suppose: “Bye.”

I found this old photograph along with some others in the flea market. I was pretty sad to see someone throw away a photo with such character. These men lived only 60 years ago, and no one cared to keep this picture of them.
