I was walking home from the gym Haight Street in the morning and this photo caught my eye on. The woman in the foreground was pointing at me, so naturally I picked it up. I love the energy of this image. I’m not sure if they are singing or what but it looks like a party. The woman in white looks like she might be wearing a bridal veil and maybe holding a microphone or bouquet. It’s just a fun photo. I noticed later that it appears as if there is a nail file or something like that in the cleavage of the woman in the sunglasses.
I was going through a bunch of old books, one of my favorite hobbies. This picture was tucked inside a Bible totally written in Latin. The first pages were missing so not sure how old; but, look at the detail in dressing up this casket.
After poring through my archives, I found the companion photo photo for “Piano Man,” which was Find of the Day for Nov. 10, 2006. This appears to be part of some play, where the young man in the previous photo was impressing the ladies with his piano chops. Here, he appears to be escorting one of the ladies to the prom.
