I found this on the ground next to my garage. When I first found it, the “punched-out” part was still hanging by a thread, and was folded to the back of the photo, so you could flip it over and just see a photo on an eye next to a hole.

Found this cryptic message and picture under a bridge on Tramway. It’s written on the front of what appears to be a really old Radio Shack receipt (judging by the warranty/return information printed on the back). The picture was attached to the message in pretty much the same place. The material of the picture makes me think it is part of a business card or a pamphlet clipping.
