Tiresome Wedding

I was at the transfer station at our dump and I spotted the first photo on the ground as I threw a a trash bag into the hopper. I immediately picked it up and took it with me. Little did I know, it was in a sleeve from a photo album and there was a bonus picture on the back! Two vintage perfect photos for the price of one! I feel a little bad keeping these because they do not look happy to be married…

Who would throw away wedding photos? Is it because they are blurry? Is it because they had a divorce and the memories were too painful? Or is it because they died and their children were getting rid of their old stuff? Who throws out photos like this of memories that are supposed to be some of our best? Are these people alive or dead? Does their love live on or is this a photo of a day that turned out to be a horrible decision. I only wish I had the whole album…
