Poor Harrell

Found this folded neatly below a stop sign in my apartment complex. After picking it up and walking off with it, I was struck by the idea that the stop sign was some sort of “drop point,” and Harrell was watching from out of sight somewhere, waiting for the letter’s intended mark to pick it up instead of me. Sorry for intercepting such a sad note, Harrell.
