Statement: Late 2018, the photographer Jake Wright began gathering collections of unwanted photographs and gave them a home; a new place in the world. In possession of over 2000 35mm slide photos, curating an ever-growing project of historic social documentation, it begins to dissect the role of amateur image making in everyday life. The photographs span the period of the 60’s through to the late 90’s.
