Best Song of the Year

While waiting in line at the post office I found this post-it note among some debris on the counter where people prepare their packages. A moment later a very, very old Asian man, having just sent a package, came slowly down along the counter. He stopped where the debris was and casually poked at it and moved on. It didn’t occur to me until later that it may have been his note.
