B On Lockdown

There are some truly weird kids in my neighborhood, one of whom has a really naughty little brother. He got in trouble for carving his name in my husband's car with some gravel (smart, too) and I think his sister wrote this because she was so glad he was grounded. We found it in my front yard with a Tootsie Roll wrapper.
