1984, Outdated

in Minneapolis, Minnesota
I was strolling along the rim of Lake Calhoun in the Uptown region of Minneapolis and spotted this slightly scratched plastic sheet. What compelled me to submit it to you guys is its total lack of pizzazz or sex appeal. If you examine the header I.D., it's the Master Foodstamp recipient sheet of the USDA for the year 1984!! Big Brother is on the loose, what low security to have a Master microfiche file blowing in the wind.... Gotta protect those names don't ya know.
