Francine the baton twirler was never the same after hearing long haired hippie music!
Francine parked her mega-giant vehicle in Buddy's driveway before the party, blocking him in. After things got going downstairs in his basement lounge he played that mind-control hypnotism tape for her over the earphones down. One thing led to another, as he had planned.
But NEXT time, the tape was going to include a subliminal signal for Francine to find her car keys in the morning because Buddy just couldn't be late for work one more time.
I like the 70s paneling of it all.I wonder whose face that foot is covering, though.This picture is very mid-70s.There's no telling who she's listening to.
And Yes, I FOUND A FIND ! I will be sending it to the website soon. It's funny.

P.S. Normally I would not be busting out an Eagle's reference, but I just saw the Seinfeld where Elaine wants this to be her song. Now I have "Witchay Woman" on the brain.

I sent one in last year.... it was really funny... still hasn't been up.
A little black dress was just the thing to help add that extra special feeling after shaving the legs and putting on a little make-up, that is, on those nights when he went out as Francine instead of Frank.

i sent in some finds that never got posted, and one that did. I've come to the realization that it was bad scanning that did me in. I think i've got to part with my originals.

It was Francine's birthday, and she was very upset when her ex showed up. To get back at him, she found creative ways to cover his face in all the pictures people took that night.
Not that it's important but I think this picture is backwards - the guys single shirt pocket is on the right side - and the letters on the wall look backwards too.
Thank you all for leaving me posts((hugs))). Yes, in my enthusiastic girlish excitement, I do realize the fact that I have once read that if you send something , chances are , it may not be found. My find was entitled "Butter Nose Strips". Just in case it doesn't get posted...ahh well...had to try.(((exhales)))

That was supposed to be...found on the website....
I remember when people decorated their basement rec rooms just like this. 1967, maybe. And the glass float in the simulated fishing net, hung from the ceiling. It was so modern, so with-it. The decor is complimented by the danish modern chair and bright flower-print sofa upholstery.

That kind of wood paneling always freaked me out when I was a kid, because there were always FACES in the wood grain.
Clover you neglected to mention the trendy and fashionable swag lamp- you can see its chain above the guy's head with the fishing float.

Hiplains, well spotted that it's back to front (Don't you just hate it when you load up your slide projector and you've put all 36 of them in back to front??).
So the guy is not left-handed after all (his watch must be on his left wrist).
I had assumed the blue ball and the chain thingies were Christmas decorations (in which case the backwards sign on the wall might -- just -- say GOD REST YOU MERRY, GENTLEMEN). But maybe with the wood panelling it's 70s interior decor with a nautical flavour.
Or perhaps we're on a boat.
She has great teeth (and 70s fillings), by the way.
Anyway, great shot, and kudos to the photographer for grabbing it. I wonder if the evening went downhill from this point.
ooh, wow. her legs are almost as great as masked lady's. maybe she IS masked lady. Nah, the pictures are about a decade apart, and masked lady is demure, whereas Headphones is more gleeful. check her out: December 02, 2001
