This note was found on the walkways of Vancouver. Someone was lucky and got some cash from mom to get their mop trimmed.

We collect FOUND stuff: love letters, birthday cards, kids' homework,
to-do lists, ticket stubs, poetry on napkins, telephone bills, doodles -
anything that gives a glimpse into someone
else's life. Anything goes...
Oh MOMs...always wanting to accomplish the impossible...GOT to love them.
The exclamation point makes me think of a mom desperate to have her kid's dopey mop shorn but short on cash. Off to Hair Cuttery with you!

haha. i cut my brothers hair. much cheaper ;)
All I can picture is some kid begging to have his hair cut and mom not having much cash so she give's him her last dollars and tells him to make sure it's cheap. It's kind of sad to me.
One of my friends got a note just like this not too long ago.
Definitely not her favorite child. The kid has to get a cheap haircut and she didn't sign LOVE MOM, just mom.......

I think the kid didn't want a haircut but needed one and the 'Mom' was at her wit's end and fired off this gem of a note. I could've written this at the point my son began to look like his sister!
I think it's probably a girl, those damn hair salons can charge an arm and a leg, my sister used to go to one that made you pay for the shampoo and blow-drying separately like you were gonna leave with a wet mop-top. My niece just spent 70 dollars to get her hair cut and colored like Rhianna's... it is a hot haircut, i admit, but if i was mother i would have slipped her this note too
OMG!! Short on money...that can only mean one thing! Little Johnny better prepare himself for the "Bowl cut"!!
I have my girlfriend cut my hair...
Only problem is, she thinks "Oh, he saves money on getting his hair cut? I can use more money on mine! Yay!"
