I Hate Bush!

I found this by a middle school / high school bus stop while walking my dog. I know - EVERYONE hates that a*****e Bush - but I haven't seen it expressed quite so well by a kid before!

My grand parents flew to China with the H. W. and his Misses. Gramps said they never even spoke of their son, which in turn, made for a very pleasant trip.
One of the things I like about the Found forum is there is more civility than on other websites, and discussions on lighter subjects. That said, I want to point out to Mr. Ames that not everyone hates the President. Spew your venom elsewhere. FARK.com would be a good place for you.

I don't hate the President, I just think he's incompetent, and surrounds himself with others who are the same.
I'll point out to Mr. Geek that Bush does have the lowest approval rating of any US president ever recorded{around 25-27% if I remember correctly).
so it would be accurate to say the majority of people hate(or at least disapprove of) him.
and in some peoples minds; the majority = "everyone".
not that I agree with that reasoning. and I have no interest in a political debate on the subject of Bush. I also agree that this is not the place for that sort of "venom".

The whole point of this found note is that it says I Hate Bush on it. How can you expect anyone not to comment on that?

It really bothers me when people use the word
"hate" to mean "strongly disapprove of." In my mind, James Earl Ray "hated" Martin Luther King Jr., and Osama bin Laden "hates" the United States. On the other hand, I "disapprove of" the current President, and I "am concerned about" Sarah Palin-- I really don't feel that I hate either of them.
I'll let a middle schooler slide, since they use words without fully understanding them, but when I hear an adult say "I hate x politician," it makes me assume you're someone that the secret service should keep their eye on.

One of the things I like about found.com is its a place to go on the internet and not have to constantly hear about politics. I agree with Rin Tin Tin. Everyone is so politics-crazy that I just can't wait for the election to be over so we can stop hearing about it. Of course, next comes the whining and angry complaining from the side who's favorite candidate didn't win. It never stops. At least we (usually) have one place to relieve ourselves of the stress of every day life. Hooray Found!!!
Apathy is the real culprit here..so few people have a clue about what is really going on in the country and the world. How much disk space is left on your Ipod is just so much more important. This kid is only voicing his parents ignorance, and notwithstanding the idiotic comments and partisan bias history will define George Bush in a much different and better light.

I don't think Bush hates people based on race--I think he just hates people who aren't rich like him and his little buddies, and are thus of no political use to him. Though, pathetically, that does mean he hates a lot of people of color. Isn't it sad how this world works?
...I dislike Bush. But Bush is everything BUT racist. And... remember that Bush is the guy who will tell us what his little committee decided. He's not the only one making decisions. If you're to hate Bush, simply be aware that there are a bunch of people behind him who take these decisions. It's not like if everything was HIS own ideas, and that he was the only one who had a word to say in decision making.
