This was found stuck in some bushes at the local high school. I was picking up some trash that had blown around during an event there, and this made the whole picking-up-gross-things ordeal totally worth it.

Nice and random. I did things like this when I was 15 or so. One of mine had a piece of Big Red gum, a microphone, a bag of birdseed, a Camel light, a strawberry, and a various other staples.
Chuck Norris is an angel.

This is the kind of thing I could only dream of doing. The artwork is above my level (including the Power Rangers stick figures) and the randomness is inspiring. I heart it. Find of the Month?

Chuck Norris is mislabeled I think. The top hat indicates none other than Chuck Barris of the original Gong Show. And he's not descending from heaven... He's been tossed out.
What a Find! I used to doodle incessant things like this (with less talent though) during boring lectures. It actually did help me listen as I incorporated bits from the lecture...such as a hamster wearing panniers, which had something very marginally to do with the discussion of pre-Columbian cultures in S. Am. The doodles actually helped me review for tests as I would remember why I had drawn them.
@ Feeling: Chuck Barris! I haven't thought about him in years. One time on the Gong Show every contestant sang "Feelings".

The viking is the stereotypical Fat Viking Lady singing in the opera, like in Bugs Bunny cartoons.

it's a very nice touch to give the ultimate battle a time limit with the meteor about to crash into the earth and destroys everything.
I did not know that Godzilla was mammalian.
One day in 11th grade Chemistry, I was doodling instead of listening to our teacher Mrs. McKay talking about how we could remember that "Sb" was the chemical symbol for antimony because it was used in eyebrow pencils (huh?!). Though her explanation seemed ludicrous, my artwork that day was masterful: a finely executed pencil drawing of Mrs. McKay floating in a beaker full of Hydrochloric Acid (HCl for those who care). As I was putting the final touches on her skillfully rendered mid-70s pantsuit, I noticed that her lecturing had ceased, and the room had grown strangely quiet. I also became sickeningly aware of this shadow over my desk, much like what happens during a solar eclipse or right before Freddy Krueger makes an entrance. I looked up from my notes and right into the eyes of Mrs. McKay. Needless to say, our teacher/student relationship was never quite the same again.
Favorite! Looks like Michael Jackson is doomed.

My thoughts are as random as this drawing....
@ Joh(n) ... but, of course! It's been too long. I was also fixated on trying to get them to look like pirates. The headband/masks of the Turtles were looking like pirate kerchiefs; and they're springing from a sewer grate, not tied by their ankles to that box. I see it all so clearly now.
(happy flashback: riding the Metro North train into New York City when my kids were little - and TMNT were big - and, when the train goes underground in order to get into Grand Central Station, telling my kids to keep an eye out for the Turtles.)
I had to come home from work to drop this line, as I have been thinking about this all day so far. The only thing that would make this More Awesome would be a bitchin Camaro doing a burnout right in the middle of all this mayhem. Thank you and goodbye.

This kind of thing reminds me of a nice piece of artwork a friend, Troy, did to a Garfield folder I had back in 9th grade (or possibly 8th grade) Science class. Boy I wonder if I still have that folder somewhere? Great Find - one of my favorites indeed.

It all reminds me of this crazy game some friends were playing on their Xbox where they just pick a bunch of characters and have an ultimate battle free for all. It made no sense whatsoever- it was just a bunch of clicking on the controllers, kicking other characters' asses.

@beeswax, I often have the "what am I doing back in high school? and now I can't graduate because I haven't been to history all semester" dream. I also have the anxious waiting-tables dream fairly often. Also appearing in public partially clothed and very embarrassed. I'm sad now.
This is seriously one of the best finds ever and I look to see that it was found in the school district that my husband works at! How cool to have such talent so close to home! I love the TMNTs hopping out of the sewer!

I often have dreams where I cannot get from the front door of the church to the pulpit before the end of the church service, or if I DO get to the pulpit, my sermon is gone. I have that dream a lot - and so do my other pastor friends. We like to pass it around like a bad cold.
I love this find, and my very favorite is "Doesn't take shit from anyone" Chuck Norris. He is being SENT FROM HEAVENS ABOVE to join the battle, in which he will lead (Condom Man? The Steraker? Godzilla?) into Victory.
I only wish that Jack Black was added in, with the fiery meteor heading straight for him.
