My Puppy Chewed Up Your DVD Case
FOUND by Corey Pierce
I work at a video store. We got this attached to a returned copy of the "Last Samurai."

Did the dog eat their homework, too?

I like the insertion of the (bad puppy) in parenthesis. Bad puppy!

When I worked at a library a very chagrined mother came in with a totally demoralized video case and said she had found her son using it to play catch with the dog. Bad puppy! Bad boy!!

LoL. Nice. The (bad puppy) is great, like the persons scolding the dog while writing it.

I wish my customers were considerate enough to tell us what happened to our movies. We get some odd ones, then again maybe I dont want to know.

I would totally do this. I feel really bad whenever I mess up something that isn't mine! I hope you guys didn't make him replace it!

haha I would totally make them replace the case! The note is cute, and the dog obviously thought The Last Samurai was a tasty or crap film. I'm intrigued to know how badly damaged the DVD case was, like whether it was totally destroyed, or just with a few teeth marks!

I used to work a video store and we'd get notes like this all the time. Sometimes all we'd get were DVD's and then a note attached in the dropbox. Although this one sounds like an excuse from second grade ... hmmm

Awesome. I love when people write such caring and genuine notes like this. So polite! The only question is... why were they watching The Last Samurai????

honest? doubt it! i'm sure the puppy thing was just a sorry excuse for what actually happened. He probably just had to think of some cute story so that the person couldn't help but not get angry when they found out their case was gone. i'm sure that V. probably lost it or threw it out on accident and just didn't want to admit it.

Last Samurai, huh? Too bad that puppy didn't chew Tom Cruise's crazy face off.

I used to work at a video store. Once, someone dropped Minority Report in the overnight box. When I opened it to check it in..I found the video had shit smeared all over it. I dropped the video and ran across the room. Funny how Tom Cruise was in this movie as well. Coincidence?

My dog did that too. She really is a bad puppy

My dog also did this. On many, many, many DVD cases. We keep them in the closet now. My friend's dog did something similar to my mattress. I wish he would have taken the same approach as V.

I used to work at a movie store too and someone found their kids using them as Frisbees...
When I was in high school and had a dead end job, we got a puppy and she ate my paycheck. They had to contact the right department and the subject of it was "Dog ate paycheck." It was terrible. :)

People are so creative. My dog chewed up a dvd and then pooped on the case. Picture this...

The puppy was the only one in the house that could open that god-forsaken dvd case.
