Do the Patients Care?
FOUND by Maryann May in Sullivan, New Hampshire
I found this at the hospital where I work. It's good to know they're not using dull utensils!

It is always important for the morgue to have sharp utensils (!).

I think some wise guy added the 'for morgue' part for laughs. This is the kind of thing we did when I worked in a hospital kitchen over 20 years ago.

Bird in the hand
At one point, in my teens, I thought it would have been a cool job to become a mortician. I'm a working artist instead. :)

"For morgue" is in the same handwriting as the rest of the note.
Just pointing that out.

handwriting in vestigator
Not it's not.. lookit the G in morgue, compared to the G in sharpening. Also compare the R in sharpening to the Rs in for and morgue, and the O in of to the Os in For and morgue. They're just too different to be by the same hand.

I must concede, the M in month and the U in Tuesday do look similar to the m and the u in morgue, though.

not doing my work in Econ class
Personally when I write none of my letters look similar to the other ones. It could be the same hand.

The letters are kinda connected, so that might be a clue.

I agree with "not doing my work in Econ class."

Still a cool Find!

"Every 2nd tuesday of each month..." lol

response to Bird in the Hand - I wanted to be an embalmer, now I'm an artist. You must be my long lost a) soul mate, or b) evil twin. I still do insist on sharp tools.

if it was someone else adding "for Morgue" onto the end they wouldh've tried to make the handwriting look the same. so the g would not look different. but if it was the same person, just scrawling their gs could look a little different each time. so my hypothesis is that it is the same person who wrote both. but it could still be a joke.
