Room 275
FOUND by Kristen in Kansas City. KS
Coming home from a late night out in Kansas City for St. Patrick's Day, I scrambled for some paper to leave my friend a note that I would be right back. That's when I found this. We never did find out who was in Room 275.

If you know you'll have trouble coming out, don't go in. First law of living underground; burrows don't have windows, so make sure you know where you're going and what's going to be there!

oncept that none of us are really here; that there's no "I", that there's not really even a "here" to be. Thus, there is no need for rescue. Everything is merely illusio

Wherever you are is "here", so you're never "not here." You may, however, not be "there."

And young mister Dahmer down in 275 always seemed like a nice young man.

Jeffrey's Mom: "Jeffrey, I don't like your new friend."

Jeffrey: "well okay, then. Just eat the salad."

LOL @ young cardinals.

Is #275 anything like Inspector 12? They don't say Hanes until I SAY they say Hanes.

On the other hand, when I read this note, it immediately made me think of Room 509 at the Day's Inn, just across the Main St Bridge.

The man in 275 always seemed creepy, especially that time I caught him looking through the window at me with binoculars, dressed in a cat suit.

It was hotel legend that #275 was haunted. As the story went, a man had passed out drunk on the bed with all his clothes out and the door wide open. Then someone came and murdered him. He was never at peace, so he haunted the hotel room. Danny was curious to go to the hotel room and see if there was a ghost, but he knew if he wasn't back by the time his sister got home, he would need help. So he left this note for her.
