Sounds like what I’d consider a full, rich Saturday. Except maybe buying orange juice from a street vendor. I’m not sold on their standards of hygiene.

“Buy a … fruit” ? “Observe the unusual types of meat”? “Meet a market boy”? “Eat … at the ‘Beaver’s’ with a group”?

Am I the only one with my mind in the gutter this morning?

Careful, there, Librarian, the body goes where the mind is. At that rate, who knows where you’ll end up! LOL

1: I talked to many dead fish. As the couldn’t respond I opted to call them Charlie.
2: His name was Lola. He was a show girl.
3: Most of it hung straight down, however, there were some that hung to the left or right.
4: A remember getting a dirty look …then when I regained consciousness, in an alley, naked and penniless, I realized that market boys probably don’t like the charity of free buñuelo’s.
    5: I counted 3
6: I tried this. All the bobbing up and down hurt my back, and after the
fifth bee sting I could no longer see. This led to another incident
resulting in my regaining consciousnes in an alley, and in need of more
    travellers checks.
7: I did this 3 times. Once after the buñuelo incident the other after the
flower fiasco, and then the ride to the jail.
8: Years later – after the misunderstanding that landed me in a Bolivian jail
I found the ‘Wish you were here’ very ironic.
9: It was at this point that Bolivian police started to follow me quite closely.
10: When I asked one of the police “Where is the Condor” he thought I was asking
him for information in ‘spy talk’ this is when they closed the circle.
11: When I went to pull my wallet out to pay the ‘vendor’ slapped the hand cuffs on me.
With no representation or facility with the language I could explain what a scavenger
hunt was. The security footage they had collected didn’t help me.

12: This occurred on many occasions in the showers.

THANK YOU HPD! Great follow-ups to the Find. And your answers explain why you weren’t commenting on Found for a while earlier this year.

OK, so I lived in Bolivia for two years in the ’90′s. Cochabamba is a city in the center of the country. Saltenas are a delicious local snack. papas are potatoes and Bolivia is famous for having many varieties of potatoes. market boys get tips for offering to carry your bag for you as you shop. this must be a school project. Looks like fun. :)
