FOUND by Robin in the front yard

So someone folded this up and threw it through our front gate at work. The fax number is to the White House. At least we don’t have to worry about notifying the authorities!

I wonder if the crazy faxer’s entire code is thrown into chaos by the fact that “you think” is 8 letters, not 7.Stanley- “a tool.” Dunham- “done swine.” (get it? ..done HAM?) That’s good stuff right there.

This looks like a case of math gone wrong. But I don’t have the patience to test that theory. The right side edge of the bottom part of the cross is missing.
