FOUND by Patricia in Walnut Creek, California

This was found by my dad, who is a security guard in a retirement community. He thinks it might be from this woman living there who likes to bring them ‘treats’ (cookies, etc.) accompanied by her dog. They never eat the ‘treats’, because she apparently lets the dog lick the offerings.
