Found this negative on 7th Street between 4th and 5th Avenues on trash day on a street where many old timers live. Must have been a two-for-one sale on hats and shoes that day the picture was taken! The negative was unusually large, 7mm x 11mm. They sure had cool cameras back in the day.

I came across this ripped note in the parking lot of a furniture store. I wonder if the person with the jewelry got the chance to read it?

In the midst of our uncommonly fierce winter weather this past January, parking became an even more contentious issue than usual. I found this notice on the ground that evidently had been placed on some offending person’s windshield.

Found this waiting in line at a drugstore. The fisherman looks very devious. It scares me that the fish can still think after it’s dead.

This boy does not look too excited!

I saw this propped against a tree on the sidewalk and did a double take at the word Chupacabras. Looking at it later I feel like there’s probably a sad story behind it.

FOUND by Corinna in the school parking lot
I found this in the elementary school parking lot. I don’t think this note is about this parking lot, but probably related to the apartment complex that is a couple blocks away from the school.

I always check the balances on the discarded receipts I find when I get money out of the ATM, just to see how I match up. I was happy to discover that I was doing better than this guy.

I found this on the UNBSJ campus. It’s written on the back of an assignment about Thoreau’s “Walden” (which got a C).
