Found in my legal studies classroom, maybe they should be studying geography instead.
FOUND by Bill Hutchison in Santa Fe, New Mexico
I found this at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter & Humane Society, where I work. There’s not a single grocery store anywhere nearby. I wonder who the heck is eating their lunch IN the grocery store? I guess I wouldn’t want to smell Stinky Sir either, though.

One of many great finds from communal scanning beds. This one is from an art college computer lab. I can’t make out what is in the hand of the second guy. The aesthetics are so derivitave of Havana, or how Havana is portrayed, that it almost feels produced or costumed.
FOUND by Jen Daly in Berkeley, California
I found it lying on the street in Berkeley. It looks like the changing of the guard in Colonial Williamsburg (although I’ve never seen that in person, so I’m not sure). This is an old-style photo print, maybe from the 50s or 60s, guessing from what the prints in my family’s albums look like, plus the clothes and lady’s headscarf in the photo. Anyway, it’s somebody’s vacation memento from decades ago.
FOUND by Vanessa Vaught in Austin, Texas
I found this on the buffet in my mom’s house and asked her where it came from. She said it must have been something she picked up out of her front yard where she often finds such “treasures” from the many children who attend the nearby schools. My first thoughts were how completely embarrassed I’d be if any note I’d ever passed in school, like this one, was found. And then I had to ask myself, I wonder where all those old notes ended up.
