FOUND by Lisa Agostoni in Atlanta, Georgia

A friend of mine flies a Paramotor, and one day during an outing a balloon floated into the air with a note tied to the end of the string. My friend went over, grabbed the balloon and rescued the note.

FOUND by Regina in Providence, Rhode Island

Found this note in between pages in a book that I checked out from the library. The last line really gets me.

FOUND by Avery Carmichael in Portland, Oregon

I found this on a shelf in the library where I work. I wonder if the child recently went on a trip via an airplane or if they just like planes.

FOUND by Laurargh in York, UK

As I was locking the gate to leave the house, I saw that someone’s bin had blown over. As I went to pick them up, I found this neatly-folded note in front of a plant pot. In a really odd way it made my day to think that this girl was revising harder than I was.

FOUND by Sarah Marchant in London, UK

I found this intriguing note on the ground in the short-stay car park at Stansted Airport. It was written on the back of a Hertz car rental post-it note. Did Gary run over Bob with a Hoover, I wonder?

FOUND by H. Grandt in DeKalb, Illinois

Found in my yard today. Pretty big to have been dropped by accident, and almost three years old. Bizarre.

FOUND by Sean Culver in Chicago, Illinois

I found this at the corner of Cornelia and Lawndale while walking my dog. This sidewalk is a half-block from a Catholic grade school and it’s also a main route in our neighborhood to the commuter train. Someone (female, I guess) must really love autumn.
